1. La Curva Sud Italian Pilsner — 5.3%
Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, our Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. We packed ours with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner.

5. Señor Salado — 4.7%
Brewed with coriander and sea salt, our very own “Mr. Salty” is a super classic example of this German sour ale. Our gose stays true to style with low hop bitterness, a slightly fruity aroma, and a smooth mouthfeel, owing to the large amount of malted wheat.

6. Cool Eye Otis Amber Ale — 5.5%
Starting with a malt base featuring six different malts - our classic American Amber has notes of caramel, stone fruit, and a slight earthy hop note from the German Tettnang hops. Our take on this classic style is medium bodied, and finishes nice and crisp.

7. Bellhop Breakfast Coffee Porter — 5.5%
We amped up our brown porter with some freshly roasted Organic Colombian Supremo coffee from our friends at Carolina Coffee Roasters. Huge aromas of coffee give way to a smooth and easy-drinking porter. Even though our brewers take their morning cup black, we included lactose sugar in this one for that perfect cream & sugar experience.

8. Good For The Garden Fig & Hibiscus Saison - 6.7%
Brewed in collaboration with our music friends, Farewell Friend; our newest Saison took its inspiration from the newest release on their forthcoming album. We started with our standard Belgian Saison recipe, and introduced dried hibiscus flowers and mission figs to the brewing process. The resulting beer is tinged a beautiful pink hue, and it has a slight sweetness from the fig sugars.

11. In The Crease Cold IPA - 7.1%
Can a new beer style heal old wounds? Our brewers sure hope so! Hockey season has our brewers reminiscing on the most egregious goal ever scored against the Buffalo Sabres, so why not make a beer to commemorate the icy Western New York winters and the heartbreak of Brett Hull’s foot being clearly in the crease? Cold IPAs are fermented cooler than their West Coast counterparts, and are imbued with a dose of flaked corn to clear the stage for the hops to shine through. We kept it classic with Cascade and Amarillo hops for a piney and noticeably bitter pint.

13. Belgae Berserker Belgian Golden Strong — 9.3%
Coming in strong on the heels of Caesar’s brigade - this smooth drinking beer presents a symphony of classic Belgian Ale flavors. Notes of banana, bubblegum, and spice take center stage while the smoothness comes from an extended conditioning period on toasted oak chips.
