1. La Curva Sud Italian Pilsner — 5.3%
Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, our Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. We packed ours with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner.

5. In The Crease Cold IPA — 7.1%
Can a new beer style heal old wounds? Our brewers sure hope so! Hockey season has our brewers reminiscing on the most egregious goal ever scored against the Buffalo Sabers, so why not make a beer to commemorate the the icy Western New York winters and the heartbreak of Brett Hull's foot being clearly in the crease? Cold IPAs are fermented cooler than their West Coast counterparts, are are imbued with a dose of flaked corn to clear the stage for the hops to shine through. We kept it classic with Cascade and Amarillo hops for a piney and noticeably bitter pint.

9. Modern Classic Belgian Pilsner — 5.0%
Looking back to the European Pilsner tradition of the 1300’s, we’ve brought this style that is so well-known these days back to its roots. Made with a new under-modified pilsen malt from Riverbend, flaked corn, and Saaz hops, we think that you’ll love this new take on a classic Pilsner. Assertive bitterness up front leads to a clean and easy-drinking finish. Cheers!

11. Marlon Rando American IPA - 7.3%
Sometimes our brewers have to let their hair down (well, not Brian), and have some fun. This beer is the result! We went for a big grain bill, and selected from a variety of hops to make a one of a kind blend. The beer is chock full of candied fruit notes, has a clean bitterness, and is deceptively drinkable.

12. The Key Lime Gose - 4.2%
We love to mix and match historic beer styles with modern twists, and this Gose is no exception. We took our very traditional Gose recipe and amped it up with freshly crushed coriander seed and key lime peels. The resulting beer is delightfully tart, refreshing, and finishes with a hint of salinity.
