Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, our Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. We packed ours with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner. Forza Milan!

Loaded with hops! Hints & Allegations features Sultana, Azacca, and Ekuanot for a perfect marriage of citrus and pine. Flaked oats and malted wheat lend a smooth mouthfeel, and a lack of bittering hops make for an easy drinking juice-bomb.

Starting with a traditional Berliner Weisse sour beer base, we’ve found the ideal friendship between tart, citrusy, and sweet by adding Mango & Cara Cara Orange purees. Sparkly carbonation, a perfect blend of fruit flavors, and an easy drinking mouthfeel round things out for our latest sour brew.

Light and easy-drinking, our blonde ale features a hop surprise! Using Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops gives it a subtle citrus fruit burst. Munich and Vienna malt provide a depth of flavor typically not found in other lighter beer styles.

Brewed in collaboration with our music friends, Farewell Friend; our newest Saison took its inspiration from the newest release on their forthcoming album. We started with our standard Belgian Saison recipe, and introduced dried hibiscus flowers and mission figs to the brewing process. The resulting beer is tinged a beautiful pink hue, and it has a slight sweetness from the fig sugars.

This hybrid lager beer combines the color and smooth mouthfeel of a traditional Schwarzbier and the deep roasty qualities of a coffee stout. We used a complex Tanzanian Peaberry coffee, roasted by our local friends at Carolina Coffee Roasters to enhance the coffee character without overdoing the roast notes. The resulting beer is a deep and dark brown color, and possesses a complexity not often found in traditional lager styles.

Do you solemnly swear to embrace the haze, the whole haze, and nothing but the haze? Our latest Double IPA is hazy for days and simply jam-packed with a secret blend of hops. Notes of tropical fruit, dank earthiness, and a piney finish are the key features of this one.

Carve yourself a new path with our latest take on the classic American Pale Ale. We kept this one light and crushable, allowing the curious malt profile to shine. On the hoppy side of things, we went with a blend of Elani, Lemon Drop, and Pacific Jade hops for a truly intercontinental approach.

We brewed this classic German lager with NC-grown malts and Tettnang hops from Germany. It pours a lovely, dark amber and the rich, malty body is balanced out by the earthiness of the hop additions. The Germans have been brewing stronger malty lagers for the winter months for centuries, so we decided to bring this treat out just in time for the cold weather.

Find your favorite hideout, and tuck into a pint of our newest Hazy IPA. We went with a simple malt bill, giving the finished beer light color. It’s soft and smooth on the palate before the hops take center stage. On the aroma side, it’s giving citrus and pine all day. Flavor-wise, the piney bitterness remains, with a touch of tropical goodness.

Our newest beer is an homage to the crisp and refreshing lagers made south of the border. We brewed ours with NC-grown pilsner malt and a hefty dose of flaked maize, and finished it off with some lime peels and a touch of salt. Raise a glass with your pals and say cheers to the sunshine.

Say hello to the lite-est beer we’ve ever made! A malty aroma invites you into a snappy and crisp beer. Subtle hop aromas balance things out and the finish is a lingering malted goodness. We brewed it with 100% malt from our friends at Riverbend, and went for a super clean fermentation in order to let the malt character shine.
