Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, our Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. We packed ours with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner. Forza Milan!

Loaded with hops! Hints & Allegations features Sultana, Azacca, and Ekuanot for a perfect marriage of citrus and pine. Flaked oats and malted wheat lend a smooth mouthfeel, and a lack of bittering hops make for an easy drinking juice-bomb.

We brewed this fruited sour in honor of the feline survivor of Alien, Jonesy the cat. A blend of wheat malts, blood orange, and ruby red grapefruit combine to create his characteristic orange tabby color. Raise a pint of this tart, refreshing, kettle soured brew, and help us welcome Jonesy home.

Light and easy-drinking, our blonde ale features a hop surprise! Using Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops gives it a subtle citrus fruit burst. Munich and Vienna malt provide a depth of flavor typically not found in other lighter beer styles.

A perfect thirst-quencher for dreaming about hot Summer days, Scorching Ray is a classic take on the Belgian Witbier. Brewed with sweet orange peel and spiced with fresh ground coriander seed, it’s also loaded up with malted wheat, flaked wheat, and flaked oats for a smooth and pillowy mouthfeel. Notes of bubblegum and pepper from the yeast blend with the earthy and citrus forward aroma for a well-balanced sip.

A fan favorite of the Oden lager family. Definitively malty and toasty, we used NC-grown malt and traditional German grown Vienna malt for our take on the classic Vienna Lager. It’s light amber color, medium body, and balanced finish all add up to a mild and quaffable pint

Using 100% Riverbend malt and two of our favorite hops (Motueka and Comet), we created a New Zealand style IPA that we think you'll love. Dustin Hoppman has strong aromatics of mango and stone fruit, with a hoppy bitterness that balances those sweet aromas. Mr. Hoppman has shown up just in time for summer afternoons in the beer garden or accompanying you in a lawn chair after a long day outside. We couldn’t be happier he’s here.

All hands on deck! We brewed a traditional London ale with 100% British grain and hops (Maris Otter, East Kent Goldings) and sailed across the globe for a carefully selected blend of fresh and dried chilis. The spicy pepper addition gives our classic British Pale Ale a nice building heat that will keep you sailing back for another smooth sip.

Find your favorite hideout, and tuck into a pint of our newest Hazy IPA. We went with a simple malt bill, giving the finished beer light color. It's soft and smooth on the palate before the hops take center stage. On the aroma side, it's giving citrus and pine all day. Flavor-wise, the piney bitterness remains, with a touch of tropical goodness.

We’ve reinvented our hazy IPA approach, all inspired by a new American hop variety: Elani. With its bright, tropical, and stone fruit notes, we couldn’t help but dream up a new beer to capture all this hop has to offer. The result is Elani Waves. It’s soft on the palate, with low bitterness and big aromas.

Deceptively smooth and light bodied, Red Tuxedo opens with big baker’s chocolate aromas, which give way to a roasty, coffee-like lingering finish. Deep reddish brown, and capped with tan foam, we think you’re going to love drinking this beer just as much as we loved brewing it!

Our newest beer is an homage to the crisp and refreshing lagers made south of the border. We brewed ours with NC-grown pilsner malt and a hefty dose of flaked maize, and finished it off with some lime peels and a touch of salt. Raise a glass with your pals and say cheers to the sunshine.

We brewed it with 100% malt from our friends at Riverbend, and went for a super clean fermentation in order to let the malt character shine.
