1. La Curva Sud Italian Pilsner — 5.3%
Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, our Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. We packed ours with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner.

Loaded with hops! Hints & Allegations features Sultana, Azacca, and Ekuanot for a perfect marriage of citrus and pine. Flaked oats and malted wheat lend a smooth mouthfeel, and a lack of bittering hops make for an easy drinking juice-bomb.

3. Triple Time Amber Rye Ale — 6.3%
Triple the rye, triple the fun! We utilized flaked rye, malted rye, and Munich rye to craft this malty, rich amber rye ale. Aromas of soft fruit and pepper are paired with a full body and warming tones. This is the perfect fireside sipper for the cold winter months.

5. Soft Pedal Wheat Wine Ale — 10.0%
The perfect beer for taking things slowly, Wheat Wines are the lesser-known cousins of the classic English Barley Wine style. Brewed with primarily malted wheat, our take on this style features aromas of apricot and pine, and a full-bodied mouthfeel. A warming alcohol note rounds things out before you go back in for another sip.

6. Scorching Ray Witbier — 5.2%
A perfect thirst-quencher for dreaming about hot Summer days, Scorching Ray is a classic take on the Belgian Witbier. Brewed with sweet orange peel and spiced with fresh ground coriander seed, it’s also loaded up with malted wheat, flaked wheat, and flaked oats for a smooth and pillowy mouthfeel. Notes of bubblegum and pepper from the yeast blend with the earthy and citrus forward aroma for a well-balanced sip.

7. Rockdale Pale Ale — 5.0%
We went back to the drawing board with this Pale Ale. A simplified grain bill that features our favorite Riverbend base malt paired with British Honey Malt. The resulting color and malty flavors are supported by modern hop varieties Idaho Gem, and Elani. It's a perfect match of bitterness, malty, smoothness and notes of pine and tropical fruits.

8. Valhalla's Shores Kveik IPA - 6.4%
For our 2024 Ales for ALS brew, we've opted to explore new territory with this Kveik IPA. This year's hop blend is heavy on the tropical fruit notes, so we decided to lean in all the way, and utilize the Norwegian Kveik yeast. A rather simple grain bill sets the stage for the hops and yeast to shine. Big aromas of passionfruit and guava give way to a nicely balanced and hoppy pint.

9. Silent Lion Biere de Garde — 7.7%
Biere de Garde is a nearly forgotten Franco-Belgian style. A malty departure from our usual Saison offerings, this one features spicy and bubblegum yeast esters. Dry and effervescent, we think that this one really shines when you let it warm up a bit.

11. Cool Eye Otis Amber Ale - 5.5%
Can a new beer style heal old wounds? Our brewers sure hope so! Hockey season has our brewers reminiscing on the most egregious goal ever scored against the Buffalo Sabres, so why not make a beer to commemorate the icy Western New York winters and the heartbreak of Brett Hull’s foot being clearly in the crease? Cold IPAs are fermented cooler than their West Coast counterparts, and are imbued with a dose of flaked corn to clear the stage for the hops to shine through. We kept it classic with Cascade and Amarillo hops for a piney and noticeably bitter pint.

12. In the Crease Cold IPA — 7.1%
Featuring a blend of Mosaic & Pacific Jade hops, I Can Turn Left is our modern take on the classic West Coast IPA style. A nice malt backbone supports the mild bitterness and huge hop aroma. Notes of tropical and citrus fruit abound in this really, really, really ridiculously good looking beer.
