1. La Curva Sud Italian Pilsner - 5.3% ABV
Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, our Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. We packed ours with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner. Forza Milan!
2. Hints and Allegations Juicy IPA - 6.7% ABV
Loaded with hops! Hints & Allegations features Sultana, Azacca, and Ekuanot for a perfect marriage of citrus and pine. Flaked oats and malted wheat lend a smooth mouthfeel, and a lack of bittering hops make for an easy drinking juice-bomb.
3. Mt. Meru Black Coffee Lager - 5.6% ABV
This hybrid lager beer combines the color and smooth mouthfeel of a traditional Schwarzbier and the deep roasty qualities of a coffee stout. We used a complex Tanzanian Peaberry coffee, roasted by our local friends at Carolina Coffee Roasters to enhance the coffee character without overdoing the roast notes. The resulting beer is a deep and dark brown color, and possesses a complexity not often found in traditional lager styles.
4. Deliberate Disregard Blonde Ale - 4.9% ABV
Light and easy-drinking, our blonde ale features a hop surprise! Using Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops gives it a subtle citrus fruit burst. Munich and Vienna malt provide a depth of flavor typically not found in other lighter beer styles.
5. Daylite American Lager - 3.5% ABV
Say hello to the lite-est beer we’ve ever made! A malty aroma invites you into a snappy and crisp beer. Subtle hop aromas balance things out and the finish is a lingering malted goodness. We brewed it with 100% malt from our friends at Riverbend, and went for a super clean fermentation in order to let the malt character shine
6. Going Out Irish Stout - 4.8% ABV
Smooth and roasty, our Irish Stout is the perfect dark beer for your night on the town. Inky black in color, smooth on the palate, and light bodied - we dare you to stop after just one!
7. British Mark Black Tea Pale Ale - 5.1% ABV
Surely, it’s tea time somewhere! This beer is a British-American mash up. We blended Challenger and Comet hops, fermented with London Ale yeast, loaded it with black tea, and finished things off with lactose and pineapple puree. The resulting pint has ripe tropical fruit aromas, medium body and smoothness, and finishes with a clean and dry tea note. Pinkies out, y’all!
8. I Can Turn Left West Coast IPA - 6.3%
Featuring a blend of Mosaic & Pacific Jade hops, I Can Turn Left is our modern take on the classic WestCoast IPA style. A nice malt backbone supports the mild bitterness and huge hop aroma. Notes of tropical and citrus fruit abound in this really, really, really ridiculously good looking beer.
9. Soft Pedal Wheat Wine - 10% ABV
The perfect beer for taking things slowly, Wheat Wines are the lesser-known cousins of the classic English Barley Wine style. Brewed with primarily malted wheat, our take on this style features aromas of apricot and pine, and a full bodied mouthfeel. A warming alcohol note rounds things out before you go back in for another sip.
10. Good for the Garden Fig & Hibiscus Saison - 6.7% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with our music friends, Farewell Friend; our newest Saison took its inspiration from the newest release on their forthcoming album. We started with our standard Belgian Saison recipe, and introduced dried hibiscus flowers and mission figs to the brewing process. The resulting beer is tinged a beautiful pink hue, and it has a slight sweetness from the fig sugars.
11. Desert Crush Seltzer - 4% ABV
Our Desert Crush hard seltzer is our take on a classic cherry lime cocktail, with added prickly pear for a tangy, slightly sweet and vibrant pint.
12. Doc's Flying Doors India Pale Lager - 7.3% ABV
Great Scott! This hoppy beer is a combination of brewing methods. It has the grain and hops typically found in an old school west coast IPA, but it was fermented slowly and cold using traditional lager techniques. The result is a crisp, hoppy beer that is just loaded with citrus and pine. The cold fermentation and conditioning periods give it a clean finish, and the hoppiness is perfectly balanced with a big malt backbone.
13. Twisted Horns Dopplebock - 7.7% ABV
We brewed this classic German lager with NC-grown malts and Tettnang hops from Germany. It pours a lovely, dark amber and the rich, malty body is balanced out by the earthiness of the hop additions. The Germans have been brewing stronger malty lagers for the winter months for centuries, so we decided to bring this treat out just in time for the cold weather.
14. The Perle Oyster Stout - 5.3% ABV
This classic oyster stout is a delicious blend of traditional stout characteristics like roasted malt, coffee, and chocolate with a unique and subtle briny quality from the addition of oysters. The result is a smooth dark beer with a rich, roasty body - like milk chocolate, and a uniquely briny finish.
15. Steel Sister Dortmund Lager - 5.4% ABV
A classic Dortmunder Export, our version hits all the marks. Hints of bready malt flavors are balanced by a slightly hoppy finish. Dortmunders fall right in between Pilsner & Helles lagers - super refreshing with a slightly higher alcohol content than the other standard German pale lager styles.
16. In The Crease Cold IPA - 7.1% ABV
Can a new beer style heal old wounds? Our brewers sure hope so! Hockey season has our brewers reminiscing on the most egregious goal ever scored against the Buffalo Sabres, so why not make a beer to commemorate the icy Western New York winters and the heartbreak of Brett Hull’s foot being clearly in the crease? Cold IPAs are fermented cooler than their West Coast counterparts, and are imbued with a dose of flaked corn to clear the stage for the hops to shine through. We kept it classic with Cascade and Amarillo hops for a piney and noticeably bitter pint.

18. Lavender Lemonade Cider — 6% ABV
Brunswick Beer & Cider - served in a 13oz tulip glass
19. Facts and Accusations DBL IPA - 10% ABV
Do you solemnly swear to embrace the haze, the whole haze, and nothing but the haze? Our latest Double IPA is hazy for days and simply jam-packed with a secret blend of hops. Notes of tropical fruit, dank earthiness, and a piney finish are the key features of this one.
