William Peterson, known as iLLa wiLLa, is a multi-instrumentalist composer and producer of original music from Wilmington, North Carolina. After living in the mountain oasis of Asheville, NC for 8 years, William has performed around the southeast with many of his projects, and continues to pursue new collaborations whether it be on guitar, vocals, bass, keys, or different types of percussion. With improvisation and looping capability, iLLa wiLLa uses influence of jazz, hip-hop, indie, and rock to design unique live performances and powerful mixing techniques. Relocated recently from Napa, California, William performed all around the bay area of San Francisco and Northern CA and has brought his refined sounds back to the east coast.
